‘My First Triathlon’ Training Day

 

Preparing for a triathlon can be quite daunting so this training day will cover all the basics to make your day a success. Our experienced coaches will go through your pre-race preparation and packing, transition set up, as well as smoothly getting through transition 1 and 2 during the event.

You will need to bring:

  • Wetsuit
  • Swim cap
  • Goggles
  • Running shoes
  • Bike
  • Helmet
  • Hydration
  • Waterproofs and warm layers in case the weather is bad
  • If you use a bike with clip-in pedals please bring your cycling shoes

‘My First Duathlon’ Training Day

 

We’ll be planning a day specifically for anyone who’s never taken part in a duathlon before or just needs a refresher before our 2018/19 Winter Duathlon Series begins. The day will be run by our coaching team and will cover everything you need to know to make your first duathlon as stress free as possible.

You will need to bring:

  •          Running shoes
  •          Bike
  •          Helmet
  •          Hydration
  •          Waterproofs and warm layers in case the weather is bad
  •          If you use a bike with clip-in pedals please bring your cycling shoes
